January

Before I do my post about our awesome new place, I thought I'd recap real fast the beginning of January!  We stayed with my parents in between student teaching and moving to Arizona and we really appreciate them letting us stay there!  I had a really hard time leaving because I love being close to family and now we're not really close to either family.  But we made it here and just barely got internet, which is why I'm not doing the post till now.  I basically just have a bunch of pictures I've taken the last few weeks.  Enjoy!

Asher loves to help me cook!  He's always getting big spoons out of the drawer and trying to help me stir whatever is on the stove.  It's not real safe so I usually end up putting him on the counter with a bowl to stir.
I was at my sister's house when Asher found her baby swing!  It's the same one she let us borrow for Asher when he was little.  He didn't like it then, but he sure does now!  He climbed up there and put the tray down all by himself.
Asher and Kitty playing with yarn.  Asher sure loved playing with my mom's pets!
Suspenders!  Because he has no butt.
Another favorite thing was pushing the vacuum around.
And playing in Grandma's room!
Whenever he saw the bumbo he would pull it out and sit in it.
While we were there David painted my parents bathroom.
Driving to Kayenta!  The last 45 minutes were like this. Super foggy.  Apparently it's pretty common for this town.
Asher's favorite part of unpacking was finding all his toys again!  So he had to get them all out and make a huge mess.  But he had fun and that's all the mattered!

I hate moving...and unpacking....
David's classroom!  Asher and I walk over after school so we can go home with David.

In my next post I'll put a video of our place and hopefully a description of what it's like to live here!

I especially liked the photo titled "add caption". :)

I miss you guys!!! If Kayenta doesn't treat you right you should come back and stay with me for another few weeks. I can't wait to hear more about that town and the job.
