Update

Well, I'm sitting here in the photo lab waiting for my assignment to get printed. For those of you who have never printed your pictures on a photo printer, it takes 2-3 minutes for each page. So I have some time to wait. I think I'm starting to get in my groove. I still don't look forward to Tuesday's and Thursday's because I usually don't get to go home till about 7:30, and that's after starting my classes at 7:45. I guess that's just what's going to happen for any senior.

The first few weeks of the semester are always hard just because I have to get used to everything all over again. I think a good judge for me of how things are going is Symphony. The first couple of weeks I feel like I can't play at all and I think "there's a good reason why I'm in the back!" but after awhile, I get used to the music and I can play most of the passages and it starts to get really fun. I think that's how things are for me. It takes me a little bit, but eventually I get the hang of things and can start having fun! I hope it lasts throughout the semester.

I think Fall semester is my absolute favorite to go to school. At the beginning of the semester it's still warm and nice and then all the leaves start turning those beautiful shades of orange, red, and brown and it creates such a nice atmosphere. Also, you have things like Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas to look forward too! Pretty soon it's going to start snowing and it will make everything a different kind of beautiful. I can't wait!
