I think the kids are also being affected more. They still play with each other all the time, but it seems like there is more fighting and crying as well. Ava has been potty trained since February, but she doubled the amount of accidents she's had just this week. In one day she had 3 accidents, which for her is a big deal. She is doing much better now and hasn't had any accidents in the last couple of days.
Asher is also having a harder time. He gets frustrated much more easily and throws more tantrums. He also has an incredibly hard time sleeping at night. Before all this he would have one night every few weeks where he would take an hour or so to fall asleep. But this week it seemed like every night he would still be awake 1.5-2 hours after bedtime. He's not one to sleep in so he has just been getting 2 hours less sleep at night, which doesn't help things during the day because he's so tired. I've realized that he sleeps much better when we go on a walk and he rides his bike so I've tried to be better about making sure we do that. He does play outside a lot, but it seems like unless he is using his muscles more on a bike ride he just has a hard time sleeping at night.
We've been super careful about avoiding people this whole time, but as soon as they open the city parks back up I'm going to make sure my kids get some play time! I think they just aren't getting the stimulation of going new places and it's taking it's toll. Like everyone else, I'll be so glad when this is over.
I only took one video and one picture this week, but here you go!

I'm sorry it's been a hard week. Hopefully you can come up to Rexburg soon so the kids can play together!
It's not fun. Sorry you are all having a harder week. You need to come hang out at our firepit on Saturday. I'll bet Asher will sleep better then! I love you all.
